Easter Egg Photo Frame
I had wanted to make a simple 2D Easter Egg and let Sophie scribble on it. In the end, we made an elaborate photo frame instead. Of course I did most of the work since she has not learnt how to glue things on yet. First, I drew an egg shape on a red foam sheet and cut it out. Then I cut out a rectangle (somewhere at the centre) and pasted a recycled photo envelope over so that a family photo could be inserted. While I was cutting the foam sheet, I let Sophie scribble with markers. Her scribble was later cut into strips and pasted onto the egg-shaped foam sheet. Finally, I added corrugated paper, rhine stones and pom poms...
