Unplanned Self-Feeding

I thought I could just walk away for a second or two to get Sophie a drink. When I came back, she was helping herself to the fish porridge. Panic stricken, I ran back to the kitchen for paper towel and geared up for serious cleaning. I hate the smell of fish so I was not very excited about her taking initiative. Yet, I know it is time to let her "go" when food is concerned.
