Alfee had fever after his jab on 23rd December last year. We thought it was common to have fever after a jab so we fed him panadol. Although his fever was not very high, he was dependent on panadol to control it. Thus, we decided to take him to the hospital on Sunday morning for a check up. After a blood and urine test, we were told he has got UTI (urinary tract infection).
Since then, the poor little man has been on antibiotics (jabs and drugs) and tomorrow, he will undergo a scan to check if there is any anatomical defects that could have caused the infection. He will wail and struggle and I have to hold him down. I hope he can clear his test tomorrow or he might have to do a surgery.
