Almost all the books about babies tell you that babies respond very well to routines but it is really tough to establish one for Sophie especially when her mama is not much of an organized person. After trying and adjusting for so long, I have decided to create a flexible time-table for Sophie. Of course, she also helped in designing it... she just do what she does to tell me how she wants her day to be planned. I deliberately put down "Activity 1-7" because I let Sophie choose what to do herself. Is it working? Sometimes not. After all, Sophie has my genes... hahaha... like me, she enjoys a bit of freedom. As she grows older, I will be able to include more activities... like art and craft or even household chores...
