First Passport

Sophie would be going to Hong Kong in November this year so we got her passort done online. We had to take Sophie along for collection between 8 to 11 am today. We thought we could just collect because we did it online but we were dead wrong. We still had to take a queue number and wait like everyone else. It was horrible... we were 200 numbers behind!!! When would it be our turn??? And we thought we could go back in time for Sophie's lunch! Papa was clearly upset because we did not know it would be like that. He stormed to the staff at the automatic queue machine and kicked a fuss. So... we waited 10 minutes and got Sophie's passport. Yeah! Good job papa!
