Letter Of The Week - "C" For Confetti & Corn

Although Sophie is now better at scribbling and following instructions, she still tends to draw lightly with her crayons on the same spot. As a result, the markings either cannot be seen on cardboard or the cardboard would tear. I have to constantly remind her to use more strength and draw her attention to the empty spaces around.



I think Sophie is a lot better with pasting. She could pick up the confetti easily and stuck them on the letter.



Sophie is always obsessed with using all the colours available while she works on something. Luckily there are only 6 colours.



We used some leftover uncooked popcorn for this. I was glad that Sophie has passed her “scatter and mess everything up” stage.



I thought that was the end of our session, but Sophie had other ideas. She started dotting paint all over the letter “c” after I had pasted it onto a piece of construction paper.
