I was clearing Sophie's cupboard when I chanced upon these laminated characters of Little Red Riding Hood. Back then (Sophie was 18 months old or so), I tried to start our tot school at home but it failed miserably. She was not interested and we ended up all frustrated and stressed out after each attempt. Sophie did not even like fairy tales or nursery rhymes then. In the end, I shelved my idea and let my resource book collect dust on the shelf. At 2.5 years old now, Sophie is more stable and ready for structured activities and learning. I only need her to sit still for 5-10 minutes to complete a lesson and now she can. Yeah!
