We started out with finger painting, but somehow Sophie was not very keen. I felt that she was too conscious of the quality of her work so she hesitated and gave all sorts of excuses. In order to arouse her interest, I whipped out my resource book and created some handprint art with her. The impact was astonishing, she kept asking for more so we ended up with so many pieces of work.
