Yesterday, Sophie has got the runny nose and her sleep was badly affected. Caught a cold AGAIN... But this time, I took her to the TCM at Sengkang as soon as I could, which was this morning. Sinseh Wong said her cold was quite bad with runny nose, sore throat, teary eyes and quite possibly headaches or earaches. Apparently, she is "heaty" (from oven cooked food???) and her tummy is "windy" (from dairy foods???) so she needs to take 18 packets of TCM. Opps... We did take her out shopping lately so she could have caught it from the crowd.
No wonder she has been lifting her shirt and poking her bellybutton lately. She also used my finger to poke at her head, eyes, ears and nose. Even her appetite was pretty bad (refused to eat her favourite bread with cheese). She was trying to tell me she was not feeling well... And I did not know. I thought she was playing around... even though I did notice those actions. Sigh... Wish I have been more attentive towards her needs.
Yalor... I only go to PD if I need antibiotics for secondary infections and sore eyes... The rest I can get from Pharmacy.
