Sophie has successfully learnt how to abuse her mama. She tortures me by giving headaches and heartaches. For the past two weeks, she has been experimenting with her body movements, some of which resulted in injuries... all on her face! She has a fading bruise right in the middle of her forehead, a small bruise near her mouth and a fresh bruise on right cheek bone. Bruises on her limbs, countless...
I wonder if she has some sort of ear infection that makes her lose her coordination. Or she is just more daring and confident now so she takes risks and falls more often. Somehow, she goes on her fours more often now and likes to put her face or lie down on the floor. And of course, she ends up with an eczema outbreak on her face.
The principal of Kinderland, Rai, gave me a strange look yesterday when she commented on her bruises. She probably thought I was not a very attentive mother... The horrible part is that I actually saw how she fell and got the bruises! SUPER HEART PAIN...
They are still toddling, don't think Sophie has ear infection. Ethan also walks and falls many times, and he likes to "chiong" when he wallks. He even hit his left eye (very near to the eyeball) at the corner of the TV stand, the other day...Tell myself, it's part of growing up, but hit near eyeball leh...super heartpain too ...what to do now they toddle, must stick our eyes on them liao ...
