Every morning, Sophie would be the first to get up. Usually, Papa would change her diapers before letting her out of the bedroom. Although we have already dismantled the play yard, Papa would still ask her if she wants to go to the playpen (Papa likes to call it that) and of course, she would nod violently and say "YES!!!". Lately, she decided that it takes too long for us to get up and change her diapers, so she tries to speed things up a little. She would open the cupboard, take out a diaper, slide the door close, grab the changing mat and pull out one piece of wet wipe... while her Papa and Mama steal a minute more of sleep. Then she would dump everything over her Papa and "force" him to get up by screaming, "PLAYPEN! PLAYPEN! PLAYPEN!". If we choose to ignore her, she would hammer the door and call for "HELP!".
The funny thing is... There is no "playpen" to go to... Sometimes they stay in the living room and Papa would play his guitar for her. When she has had enough of Beatles, Papa would take her to her playroom. Now that is when Papa would draw her a picture on her magnetic board. And today's picture is a "bag".
