It has been quite a while since we last washed Sophie's toys. They were all quite dusty when we gathered most of them into a big plastic container and headed for a wash. I thought Sophie might want to play a little so I placed her shower cream into one container of water for washing and just plain water for rinsing into another. The first thing she did - drink soap water!
Barely a few minutes and Sophie's all wet with her heavy diaper threatening to drop off any time. I had to let her put on a bathing suit to continue playing (washing). She was so fascinated with water that she could play with it the whole day. But soon, her skin was all pruned up and she was starting to drift away (mentally) so we had call it a day.
