Lightning Bug

I saw it at No Time For Flashcards some time ago and made a mental note to do it with Sophie someday. I did not want to buy coloured band aid because they are so costly so I coloured some old ones with yellow markers. Also, I only used it for the wings as we only had 6 left.



I was quite happy to use Sophie's work as the background for the lightning bugs. They seemed to fit perfectly. I was also glad that she finally understood how plastic eyes could be pasted onto paper. And she did it quite well.
