New Family Members

I have been pondering and pondering if we should start gardening for Sophie. Whatever I touch tends to wither and die so I resisted the idea for the longest time. Papa, on the other hand, has green fingers apparently. So hopefully, Mr Eggplant and Miss Tomato will survive in our family. I will make it a point for Sophie to make daily contact with them and water them.

  2. Hey, we also had 2 new plants, Pandan Leaf and Chilli plant :) Our pandan leaf has been growing strong and tall. Very soon, we can have green bean soup with home-grown Pandan leaf! :) My chilli plant is still surviving strong. Hopefully will bear fruit soon :)

  3. Actually, Sin weather is good for planting/gardening ....my mum used to plant chillies, pandan, small orange/lime....I think as long as you remember to water, they should survive bah ...I always forgot to water so my plants always die in Sin ...

Jessy: My watermelon is only about a inch, and I forgot to water for 3 days, I think may die prematurely also :( will see ...going to check now ...haaa....

Annie: I wanted to bring back pandan but cannot ...haiz....pandan got seeds or not ah? maybe smuggle back next time ...haaa....miss the green beans with pandan soup

  4. Hahaha... the secret is to buy a plant with fruits already there. Just in case it dies, Sophie still gets to see the fruit at least.

We almost wanna get lady's fingers and pandan plant too! But Ck says we beta nt be too ambitious. Of cos chilli is out of the question for him lah.

Aiya, dunno leh. I used to have indoor flowering plants in NCPS. They died tragically, dunno if KK can remember them... hahaha.
