I want to start helping Sophie develop more self-awareness and self-discipline in terms of her body and movements. Thus, I made some traffic light signs to play with her. When I show her the "Green" sign, it means "Go fast" and she will have to move around quickly. The "Yellow" sign means "Go slow" and of course the "Red" sign means "Stop". We tried it out but it was not successful yet. She just love holding the signs and running away (from me) with them. We need more practice.
