Random Art And Halloween

I was putting away some tights I bought for Sophie when Alfee caught sight of the paper bag and started fiddling with it. So, I thought it would be great to recycle it rather than crushing it into the bin. I asked him what he would like to draw. He asked for a fish. And that was exactly what I drew on the paper and let him fill in with ink. Then I cut it out and stuck it on a blue piece of paper.

Sophie wanted to make a fish as well after she has seen Alfee's fish. She drew and cut out the fish all by herself. But it wasn't just any fish... it was one with sharp, razor-like teeth... she said it was a piranha. She pasted it together with Alfee's fish.

Alfee wasn't at all satisfied with the picture of a fish. So, we did a Halloween picture with construction paper and stickers. He picked all the stickers and I helped him lay them out. I thought it looked pretty neat so I got Sophie to try making one by herself.

Despite her best effort, I had to step in to help her with the layout. She overlapped stickers because there was 'no space' and she didn't really bother to be paste the pieces of paper properly. In the end, I gave her some glitter glue as well to make her Halloween picture a little more sparkly special.
