Sometimes, Sophie shows positive signs that she can be independent and self reliant. She picked the work herself and did it without even my knowing. Although the work is more suitable for her brother, it is good to do it as a time filler. Last night she took some jigsaw puzzles and started fixing it on the own. At times, she whines and demands our involvement, but that stems from her need for attention and insecurity... never the lack of capabilities. This intelligent girl would go far if she can curb her emotional power surge. And God, I hope I can help her.
