Papa always has this insatiable and uncontrollable urge to "chee kay" Alfee. That essentially means grabbing the poor fella, burying his face into Alfee's neck, taking in as much of his smell as possible before planting kisses all over him. Usually, Alfee would just struggle in desperation before running away for safety. He has perfected the art of escape so Papa would only have a small window of, maybe, a second or two to torture him.
